How To Take Care Of Your Feet At Home
Step 1. Foot Soak
Fill a basin or small tub with warm water. You will need enough water to fully submerge your feet and cover your ankles. Soak your feet in warm water for 5-10 minutes.
- For Callus feet or mild odor: Apple Cider Vinegar and water. Mix 1 part vinegar to 2 parts water.
- For dry, itchy skin: Oatmeal and milk. Add 1/2 cup of ground oatmeal and 1/2 milk.

Step 2. Foot Scrub / Foot Brush

Simple Foot Stretches (Optional)
