How To Take Care Of Your Feet At Home

Step 1. Foot Soak

Fill a basin or small tub with warm water. You will need enough water to fully submerge your feet and cover your ankles. Soak your feet in warm water for 5-10 minutes.

  • For Callus feet or mild odor: Apple Cider Vinegar and water. Mix 1 part vinegar to 2 parts water.
  • For dry, itchy skin: Oatmeal and milk. Add 1/2 cup of ground oatmeal and 1/2 milk.
  • For relaxation or exfoliation: Mix in 1/2 cup of Epsom salt or sea salt.

Not for Everyone: Do a patch test first for 24 hours. If you have open wounds, cracks, or irritated skin on your feet, avoid using ACV soaks as it may cause stinging.
